I absolutely love the experience(s) at Lotus! I started coming here for Brazilian sugar waxing in the fall of 2022 and have returned every 4-5 weeks consistently for maintenance.This is my first experience with Brazilian waxing of any kind and I'm so happy it was with Cecilia at Lotus.She's incredibly calm, kind, and walks you through the entire process before, during, and after the service. She's incredibly thorough, but works quickly and efficiently - super impressive.Sugaring itself has been such a great change from shaving. My hair has been growing back thinner, straighter, and less irritated than it is when I shave.Highly recommend Lotus and Cecilia for sugaring! 100% worth it!
The salon is very pretty and has a nice atmosphere. the owner does a good job of explaining what is happening and how it is done. The pain is not the 2nd wax and the hair grow back very fine, from my experience. She also takes her time and if you have any questions she answers them, all in all wonderful experience will continue to go back
I love this place. They are very informative and professional. No question is a stupid question! Very clean and private rooms. They let you know exactly how the process is going to go. They also inform you about aftercare so not to irritate your skin. I've only gotten waxed, but they do offer other services such as facials and peels.I really enjoy the sugar wax. I've gotten waxed with the hard wax once, and my skin hurt for hours after and was very red. With the sugar waxing, my skin is barely red, and the whole process is a lot less painful than the hard wax. It's definitely worth my drive and will be yours, too.10/10
I'm new to the area and decided to try out a sugar wax for the first time. I booked, via phone, with the owner and did not have to wait when I arrived for my appointment. Cecilia did my wax today and she was so sweet and very thorough in explaining what to expect at my first appointment. The place was easy to find, offers free parking, is clean and offers a very calming ambiance. I love the chic decor too. I'm definitely coming back and would love to try a different service, like a facial.
